TL;DR
Strategic Account Manager (HVAC): Driving business growth and expanding strategic partnerships across North America with an accent on consultative sales for engineered water and HVAC solutions. Location: Must be based in the United States (Midwest Region preferred) with occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX.
Salary: $131,000–$144,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Prospect for new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with engineering firms, contractors, and manufacturers.
- Conduct site visits and facility assessments to recommend engineered solutions.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, budgets, and business cases.
- Collaborate with internal business units to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within the CRM system.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management.
- Solid understanding of HVAC and Domestic Water systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-60% of the time.

- Experience in B2B sales and strategic account planning.
- Background in project-based or specification-driven sales.
- Industry-specific experience relevant to water or mechanical systems.
