What you will do

• Lead the design and maintenance of AI/ML infrastructure, including end-to-end pipelines for LLMs and enterprise AI use cases.
• Operationalize models using AIOps and MLOps practices, focusing on scalable AI services and automated deployment workflows.
• Develop and validate ML models while integrating researcher-built or vendor-provided algorithms.
• Establish standards for high-quality, secure, and governed AI systems across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and architects to integrate AI into clinical and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of recent relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering and MLOps.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/LLM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Fabric, Foundry, Container Apps, AKS).
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (Epic Clarity, FHIR, HL7, Caboodle) and HIPAA/PHI/PII security requirements.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps principles via GitHub Actions.
