What you will do
- Partner with Sales to identify technical and AI requirements for life sciences clients.
- Design and present tailored solutions using the Healthcare Map and AI engine.
- Build a personal library of reusable, AI-centric demo assets and proof-of-value frameworks.
- Articulate the company's trustworthy-AI approach to technical buyers and compliance stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance on healthcare claims, clinical ontologies, and patient-journey insights.
- Mentor junior Sales Engineers and share best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management within the life sciences/pharma sector.
- Deep familiarity with BioPharma functional areas and real-world data workflows.
- Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI agents and applications.
- Strong data foundation including working knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud architectures.
- Ability to explain AI trust, reproducibility, and governance to non-technical buyers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with responsible-AI and AI-governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting customer AI councils or enterprise AI evaluations.
- Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, or data platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
