Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on coding skills with Python and backend/fullstack depth in Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Go, React, or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic patterns, prompt engineering, RAG, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Excellent communication skills to partner effectively across technical and business teams.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience extracting structure from unstructured data using LLMs.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Temporal.
• Familiarity with process mining or workflow analysis (BPMN).
