What you will do

• Conduct day-to-day operations for assigned programs, targeting Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers.
• Manage new and existing leads via telephone and electronic communication to generate referrals and revenue.
• Obtain necessary orders and documentation from physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful referral conversions.
• Resolve customer service issues with providers and vendors to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce and internal OCCM systems for tracking and achieving results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain federal government clearance if working with government contract clients.
