What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners predominantly via inside sales channels.
- Conduct local visits to prospects and current customers to optimize business outcomes.
- Attend industry conferences, local events, and other professional functions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care (LTC) landscape and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline and track all activities within the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for clinical and business audiences.
- High degree of organization, autonomy, and a strong bias for action.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local travel (10-20%).
