What you will do

• Implement and execute quality assurance processes for the Issues Management program.
• Assess enterprise-wide issues data within eGRC ServiceNow and engage with stakeholders to address results.
• Oversee adherence to the Issues Management Standard and Procedures across the enterprise.
• Analyze potential risks and ensure escalation to appropriate executive levels with actionable mitigation plans.
• Coordinate core operational risk disciplines including Risk & Control Self-Assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge to support the maturation of the Risk and Compliance operating model.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in risk management.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, and operating frameworks.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charts).
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Must successfully complete all three levels of TD Operational Risk Management certification within 12 months of start date.
