Salary: $148,000–$274,000.

What you will do

• Implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework across North American and European market businesses.
• Facilitate top-down and bottom-up risk assessments to provide insight into the business risk profile.
• Establish effective risk governance for regulated businesses in alignment with corporate policies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to strengthen resilience and empower innovation.
• Ensure compliance with Business Continuity and Crisis Management policies.
• Drive a risk-aware culture and collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and information security functions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within capital markets.
• 4+ years of front or middle-office capital markets trading experience in Equities or Equity derivatives.
• Expertise in operational risk management and familiarity with financial risk management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and regional regulators.
• Experience implementing risk management frameworks in complex organizations.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
