What you will do

• Assist in the implementation and execution of the Quality Assurance process for risk management.
• Assess enterprise-wide issues data within eGRC ServiceNow and engage with stakeholders to address results.
• Provide expert guidance and advice on risk-related matters to business lines and senior management.
• Lead moderately to complex risk projects and functional programs end-to-end.
• Contribute to the refinement and maturation of the Operating Model for Risk and Compliance.
• Conduct meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level to make recommendations and assess program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical professional certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management.
• Proficient knowledge of risk management programs, policies, practices, and reporting.
• Experience with analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to complete all three levels of TD Operational Risk Management certification within 12 months of start date.
