What you will do

• Analyze customer complaints to uncover patterns and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
• Maintain the UDAAP risk inventory and map product touchpoints to potential consumer-harm exposures.
• Review operational processes and test AI chatbot workflows for compliance risks.
• Conduct state-by-state regulatory research on EWA and disclosure laws.
• Implement automation and AI tools to optimize compliance operations and reduce manual effort.
• Draft accurate responses to regulatory complaints to maintain transparency and trust.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of compliance or related experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams.
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
