Salary: $90,000–$140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define and maintain enterprise AI services, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and governance approvals for AI initiatives.
• Partner with business groups to identify strategic AI use cases and translate them into scalable architecture.
• Provide domain expertise to delivery teams and guide them toward approved AI platforms.
• Incorporate Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements into solution designs.
• Maintain detailed roadmaps, service backlogs, and architecture repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of architecture, engineering, or technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years focused on AI, analytics, machine learning, or modern data platforms.
• Experience operating within regulated financial services or insurance environments.
• Proven ability to participate in architecture governance and standards development.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, IASA, AWS, or Azure.
