Senior Solutions Architect (Healthtech): Shaping and delivering the Health Data Fabric vision by designing complex FHIR-based data management solutions for enterprise healthcare clients. Location: Must be based in Canada
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to assess client needs and identify product functionality gaps.
- Develop and deliver custom Proof of Concepts (PoC), technical demonstrations, and architectural specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client roadmaps with the product roadmap and demonstrate ROI.
- Support the development of strategic RFP/RFI responses by detailing system migration and adoption strategies.
- Create high-level IT architecture design documents and resolve complex design challenges.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and product teams to advocate for customer requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 7-10+ years of experience in technical sales, customer consulting, and system architecture design.
- Hands-on experience building complex, scalable technology systems.
- Strong knowledge of CSP deployment patterns, CI/CD, containers, and IaaS scripting.
- Proficiency in modern development patterns such as microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-level and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with health technologies, specifically HL7 FHIR.
- Professional software development background.
- Experience in the healthcare or similar regulated industries.
