Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. The role is based in Toronto (moving to Mississauga in late 2026) with flexible hybrid/remote options.

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define and evolve data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles including metadata, security, and master data management.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data streams, integrations, and warehousing.
• Lead architectural design and transformative initiatives in AI, including RAG architectures and LLM integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy.
• Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts to support company information retrieval.
• Provide business analyst support to improve data quality and delivery timeliness.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Architect.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Proven experience in database logical/physical build and BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and Master Data Management tools like Ataccama or Informatica.

Nice to have

• Experience with architecture enterprise management platforms like LeanIX.
• Familiarity with open-source tools such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, and KNIME.
• Background in data integration platforms like Boomi iPaaS.
