Location: Remote (USA), primary focus on eastern US market, approximately 30% travel required, supports US and Canada platform. Offices: Denver, CO; Columbus, OH; Ashburn, VA.

Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead SASE team of engineers and technicians to develop tailored colocation/networking designs for customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team, prospects, and partners to develop and close deals.
• Educate customers from retail to hyperscale on hirify.global value proposition through deep technical discussions.
• Act as technical advisor architecting complex co-location, IT/cloud/networking solutions.
• Deliver technical guidance, managerial oversight, and promote team growth and mentoring.
• Influence cross-functional teams and update deal processes across sales, operations, finance, and more.

Requirements

• 15-20+ years technical experience in colocation/hosting/cloud companies, operations or technical sales preferred.
• Managerial/team leading experience with proven mentoring and internal growth abilities.
• Broad knowledge of Internet technologies, servers, networking, storage, AI systems, critical facilities (electrical/mechanical), data center cabling standards.
• Strong solutions sales capabilities, proposal development, RFP/RFI/RFQ experience.
• Ability to assess operations, identify flaws, focus ambiguous needs into requirements, and present technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Confident in high-level communications, independent work, and managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• CDCP / CDFOS / CNCDP or equivalent.
• CCNA/CCNP Cloud or equivalent.
• AWS / Google / Microsoft cloud certification.
