Location: Various locations across Canada and the US. Must be able to travel between US and Canada (under 15%).

Salary: $100,800 - $126,000 base annually + 30% target incentives.

What you will do

• Lead the presales and design of cloud platform solutions for customers.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI builder, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and draft customer-facing statements of work (SOW).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
• Support data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for new and existing applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guide other solution architects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical environments with increasing responsibility.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven and Canvas Apps, Dataverse, RPA, Power Pages, AI Builder).
• Technical expertise in solution deployment, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Strong client-facing communication skills for technical presales.
• Ability to travel between the US and Canada (under 15%).

Nice to have

• Technical certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and MS Teams SDK framework.
• Knowledge of MS Syntax and Graph/3rd party connector integrations.
