What you will do

• Assemble, fit, and align composite parts according to blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Perform bonding, surface preparation, sanding, trimming, and drilling of composite components.
• Prepare materials including carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar, and honeycomb using templates.
• Set up and operate fixtures, molds, and various hand or power tools.
• Conduct in-process inspections and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
