What you will do

• Assemble hardware kits and subassemblies according to work instructions and BOMs.
• Maintain accurate material traceability, including lot and serial number tracking.
• Inspect and verify hardware for completion and quality compliance before handoff.
• Operate 3D printing processes, including job preparation, monitoring, and post-print finishing.
• Document all work in accordance with company quality systems and meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall manufacturing needs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Must be based in Denver, CO.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, BOMs, and quality documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Availability to work variable day shifts (8-12 hours) and required overtime.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems.
