What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for composite technicians, coordinating daily priorities and ensuring efficient execution.
• Mentor, train, and coach technicians to develop skills, maintain quality, and uphold high morale.
• Act as the area safety champion, eliminating hazards and driving compliance with PPE and manufacturer specifications.
• Partner with Engineering to translate build requirements into clear, actionable technician workstreams.
• Oversee the manufacturing of composite (carbon & fiberglass) structures, including trimming, machining, vacuum bagging, and curing.
• Monitor production progress and resolve issues to ensure delivery against timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience leading or mentoring technicians in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience working in a production and manufacturing environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in composites manufacturing.
• Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools along with test equipment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and product data sheets.
• Must be based in Torrance, CA (on-site) and physically capable of standing 6–10 hours per day and lifting up to 50 lbs.
