What you will do

• Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, remediation, and reclamation projects.
• Prepare study reports, engineering specifications, and signed/sealed deliverables as a Professional of Record (PoR).
• Develop design work packages, including scope, duration, and level of effort estimates.
• Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and site visits.
• Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members.
• Support business development by leading proposal and scope development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.
• Professional Engineering designation required.
• 7 - 9 years of engineering experience in industrial water treatment projects.
• Experience working in environmental or project consulting settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
