What you will do

• Lead business development efforts for I&C-related master plans and design projects, including contract negotiation and marketing content creation.
• Pursue and lead SCADA Assessments and Master Plans to advise utilities on system upgrades and replacements.
• Manage and coordinate automation, instrumentation, control, and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities.
• Take overall responsibility for I&C design projects and coordinate engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.
• Act as a local interface by attending client/contractor meetings and performing field investigations and factory acceptance testing.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets while assisting with proposals for new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• 10 years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting.
• 4 years of experience specifically within the water/wastewater industry.
• 2 years of experience in project management and business development.
• Active engineering registration or licensure (EOR) is required.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
