Salary: $73,738 - $125,354

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental planning, management, and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct air emission calculations and prepare permit applications for generators and boilers.
• Support high-priority environmental projects including NEPA studies and impact statements.
• Perform multi-media environmental compliance audits related to system testing.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems and strategies.
• Interact directly with clients to present recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional environmental work experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per federal contract requirements.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Strong background in CAA, RCRA, and NEPA regulations.
• Ability to work in the field, outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering or science.
• Prior military or Federal consulting experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or certifications like CHMM, PG, or CPEA.
