Salary: $189,500 – $278,000

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year vision and strategy for agentic AI capabilities within TurboTax.
• Lead the end-to-end development and launch of innovative AI features, partnering with engineering, design, and tax experts.
• Establish requirements for AI models, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes to ensure high accuracy.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments and A/B tests to validate agent effectiveness and user trust.
• Influence cross-functional roadmaps and senior leadership to ensure cohesive execution of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management for platform, data-intensive, or AI/ML-powered software.
• Significant hands-on experience shipping products leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI.
• Strong technical hirify.globalion with the ability to engage deeply on system architecture, model capabilities, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
