What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the brokerage platform, prioritizing features based on customer and business needs.
• Translate broader business strategies into clear product plans, requirements, and execution priorities.
• Conduct product discovery by engaging with traders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and funding conversion.
• Create detailed product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet financial regulations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within brokerage, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Proven experience owning product roadmaps from discovery and prioritization through launch.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience collaborating with compliance and regulatory stakeholders to develop viable financial products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, and agile delivery processes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics to prioritize product improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience building products within futures brokerage, FCMs, or proprietary trading firms.
• Familiarity with market structure, futures, derivatives, equities, or options.
• Experience with client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and account funding workflows.
• Experience launching 0-to-1 products or building new business lines.
• Series 3 registration or willingness to obtain certification.
