Full Cycle Recruiter (SaaS)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding handoffs.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leaders to define hiring needs, interview processes, scorecards, and candidate profiles.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
• Screen candidates, facilitate interview debriefs, and guide structured hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates in the applicant tracking system.
• Improve recruiting processes, documentation, employer branding, referral programs, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting technical roles in Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data, as well as business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and People Operations.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executive leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
