hirify.global is a fast-paced SaaS startup focused on providing high-quality remote recording tools.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance for technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to define candidate profiles, interview processes, and scorecards.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical qualifications and cultural alignment while coordinating seamless interview schedules.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and guide hiring managers through structured, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers, manage the acceptance process, and support onboarding handoffs to People Operations.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, specifically within SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for both technical roles (Software Engineering, Infrastructure) and business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Must be based in the EU or US.
