Location: Hybrid - Must be based in or able to work from Charleroi, PA (3 days per week on client site)

Salary: $53,709 - $60,000

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Source candidates via resume databases, networking sites, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review in the ATS to offer negotiation.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, providing logistical guidance and timely status updates.
• Maintain strict adherence to OFCCP and other recruitment compliance standards.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and search efforts to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proven experience in high-volume, factory, or production recruiting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or business strongly preferred.
• Fluent English proficiency is essential.
