Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 + Equity

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including networking, events, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing.
• Proven track record of recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware.
• Experience working in fast-growing, early-stage startups.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience hiring for GTM roles including sales and operations.
