Salary: $175,000 – $206,000

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's external brand voice across organic social, PR, and content channels to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and execute organic social strategies for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram to drive B2B engagement.
• Manage the full client storytelling pipeline, including case studies, testimonials, and joint press opportunities.
• Lead content strategy and execution for external conferences, webinars, and executive speaking engagements.
• Oversee PR relationships, award submissions, and media coordination in partnership with external agencies.
• Manage a graphic designer and coordinate with freelance support to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in brand, communications, or content marketing within a B2B or enterprise environment.
• Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid office requirement.
• Proven expertise in organic social growth and editorial output for professional audiences.
• AI fluency and active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate content production and workflow.
• Experience managing direct reports and external agency partners.
• Previous experience in fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
