What you will do

• Own and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement through deal closure.
• Manage consultative inbound and outbound sales processes to educate prospective customers.
• Analyze conversion data to uncover bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Tailor messaging and product positioning based on customer insights to improve close rates and order value.
• Collaborate on improvements for sales tools, collateral, and CRM workflows.
• Read and obtain hearing tests for order and account management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strategic sales or consultative customer-facing experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical skills to refine performance using data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence decision-makers.
