Location: Remote (US) — Must reside in AZ, CA, or CO

Salary: $50,000 base + commission ($62,000 OTE)

What you will do

  • Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers.
  • Leverage consultative skills to understand prospect needs and recommend aligned hirify.global products.
  • Nurture warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities through consistent communication.
  • Maintain and manage a dynamic pipeline, transitioning qualified prospects to sales closers.
  • Collaborate on refining the SDR playbook by identifying and sharing success-driving best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in sales or outbound outreach roles.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Must reside in the US states of AZ, CA, or CO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for compelling messaging.
  • Possession of a distraction-free home office, reliable computer, and stable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales experience.
  • Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry.
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.
