What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Growth Markets including the UK, USA, Canada, and Nordics.
• Coordinate onboarding for new distribution partners across systems, billing processes, and operational workflows.
• Act as the primary operational contact for commercial distributors to resolve queries and escalations.
• Support the delivery of partner plans, renewals, PPV events, and commercial campaigns.
• Equip partners with tools, pricing guidance, and assets to drive hirify.global Business revenue.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams on invoicing, contracts, and service readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in partner/commercial operations, sales administration, or revenue support.
• Background in media, sport, subscription, telco, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
• Proven experience supporting distributor-led or partner-led commercial models.
• Strong administrative skills in managing contracts, invoicing, and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Technical teams.
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
