What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Outdoor planning and service executives to ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery operations to successfully book and deliver customer campaigns.
• Monitor team KPIs, including response times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Handle complex customer requests and resolve escalated complaints.
• Build strong relationships with commercial teams and stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
• Provide regular performance reports and mentoring to upskill team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or Contact Centre role
• Essential experience in Outdoor advertising and working with Specialists
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days a week
