Location: Must be based in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, or Belfast. Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Lead projects to improve commercial systems, processes, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles from planning to delivery, including risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Create project plans, business cases, and prioritize backlogs to maximize business value.
• Facilitate workshops to identify business challenges and develop practical improvements.
• Utilize data and performance insights to support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, product management, or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering business transformation or improvement projects in complex organizations.
• Ability to translate business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to solve problems and provide recommendations.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, or Belfast.
