What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational strategy for large-scale, high-complexity events
• Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch to meet partner needs
• Break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans and mitigate risks
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
• Oversee on-ground execution and unblock critical issues

Requirements

• 2–5 years in top-tier consulting (MBB) or Strategy & Operations in high-growth companies
• Proven end-to-end project leadership and complex problem-solving
• Structured problem-solving, builder mentality, high ownership
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic-execution balance
• Fluent English required

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale operations
• Exposure to live events or physical operations
• Analytical skills (Excel, SQL)
