What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of POS marketing campaigns, from brief receipt to final production.
• Coordinate between M&S marketing teams and internal production units to ensure alignment on timelines and creative templates.
• Drive project momentum by managing critical path deadlines and ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Formulate detailed production briefs and maintain accurate cost trackers for all POS materials.
• Lead pre-production meetings to finalize artwork briefs and prevent bottlenecks in the creative process.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal production teams and external print partners to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Proven experience in an agency environment with a focus on advertising.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and in-store POS materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
