What you will do
- Coordinate merchant onboarding across Payments and Retail Finance platforms to ensure successful launches.
- Guide merchants through technical setup, including testing, integrations, portals, APIs, and sandbox environments.
- Manage a portfolio of merchants as the primary operational contact and handle support queries via Zendesk.
- Identify and remove onboarding blockers to accelerate the time to value for new clients.
- Drive operational excellence by improving onboarding and support processes through AI and automation.
- Maintain and update Help Centre content, onboarding guides, and operational playbooks based on merchant feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, or support within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or Confluence.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with an interest in AI, automation, and operational excellence.
