Financial Mgmt Sr/ Lvl 3: Providing financial analysis and guidance for the PAC-3 Production Program Finance team with an accent on forecasting, cost performance monitoring, and compliance with financial policies. Focus on preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior leadership and supporting program managers and IPT leads with budgetary guidance.

Location: Arlington, Texas (Dallas area). Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Part-time remote telework with a weekly schedule split between remote work and a designated hirify.global facility.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for the PAC-3 Production Program.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
• Support program managers and IPT Leads with budgetary guidance.
• Monitor cost performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience (or post-secondary degree/training in a related discipline).
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Excellent Excel skills; strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of FP&A (LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC)).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
• Experience establishing/managing program cost baselines.
• Use of AI in a business environment.
