What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning.
• Partner with the Accounting team during month-end close to ensure accuracy of financial results.
• Optimize financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to functional stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience working within SaaS or usage-based technology companies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
