What you will do
- Support GBS, DXG, Legal, HR, Strategy, and GBCM allocations through budget and forecast cycles.
- Provide key financial insights to divisional business leaders regarding enterprise function expenses.
- Develop high-level financial reports by analyzing advanced data and emerging trends.
- Optimize and maintain complex financial models to support strategic financial decisions.
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and Senior Analysts to shape the organization's financial strategy.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of finance experience, including financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Advanced Excel knowledge with the ability to handle large datasets.
- Experience with variance analysis of project and actual results.
- Proficiency with SAP and planning software such as Hyperion, Tagetik, Essbase, and PBCS is preferred.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
