What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Polish regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution, including input validation and post-payroll tasks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on local legislative, tax, and regulatory developments.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies while streamlining operational workflows.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions and participate in system testing.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in English required
• Meaningful mid-senior career experience in Polish payroll operations.
• Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country or global environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
