What you will do

• Manage order entry, billing, and AR aging reviews to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve past-due balances.
• Oversee AP processing, including exception handling, invoice approvals, and vendor relationship management.
• Lead the implementation of procurement tools and P2P workflows, including vendor onboarding and approval routing.
• Administer the corporate credit card program, managing issuance, spend limits, and policy compliance.
• Partner with the VP Controller and FP&A to optimize Salesforce integrations and accounting tool configurations.
• Manage and mentor a team of AR and AP specialists, establishing a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
• Direct people-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, with Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of building and documenting scalable processes and controls in a growing organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective partnership with finance leadership and auditors.

Nice to have

• Experience leading or supporting procurement or AP automation implementations.
• Exposure to AR/collections automation tools such as High Radius.
• Experience supporting CRM integrations, specifically Salesforce.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments.
• Experience supporting M&A integration accounting and systems workstreams.
