AP Manager (SaaS): Building and owning the centralized Accounts Payable function for a rapidly growing portfolio of 15+ international entities with an accent on system integration, process design, and hands-on operational execution. Focus on standardizing procure-to-pay workflows, implementing internal controls, and leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize financial operations.
Location: Must be based in the APAC region with availability to overlap with CET 9:00 ± 2 hours to 18:00 ± 2 hours.

What you will do
- Build the centralized AP function from the ground up, transitioning responsibilities from the GL team.
- Execute daily AP operations including invoice processing, credit card management, and payment runs.
- Streamline workflows by integrating NetSuite, Ramp, and Pleo with AI-driven automation.
- Design and enforce a group-wide expense policy and approval matrix to ensure internal controls.
- Manage month-end accruals, AP aging analysis, and credit card reconciliations.
- Document standard operating procedures and train brand leaders on new financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in AP or general accounting.
- Must have hands-on administration experience with NetSuite and Ramp.
- Proven track record of building or scaling an AP function in a multi-entity environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation for financial workflows.
- Familiarity with VAT treatment and compliance for European entities.
- Exceptional English communication skills required.

- Experience with Pleo or similar spend management platforms.
- Experience drafting and rolling out company-wide expense policies.
- Experience onboarding newly acquired entities onto shared finance systems.
