Product Lead (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end build of new fintech products like credit builders and BNPL from concept to launch.
• Define product strategy, requirements, and UX by translating customer research and demand signals.
• Partner with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship features rapidly.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to bring new financial products to market.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to drive product adoption among the existing 1M+ user base.
• Navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements in partnership with legal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in startup environments.
• 5+ years of experience with consumer mobile applications.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive progress autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a business-minded, outcome-driven approach.
