What you will do

• Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the credit score and adjacent product portfolio.
• Lead the development of products based on BNPL and CRA consortia, focusing on credit risk and underwriting.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to design scalable capabilities, data assets, and risk-predictive models.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure products align with FCRA, CFPB, and GLBA regulatory requirements.
• Drive rigorous product discovery through market research and customer interviews to refine product-market fit.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in B2B data, risk, or fintech.
• 5+ years of experience leading other product managers.
• Deep domain expertise in credit risk, scoring, underwriting, or BNPL.
• Proven success scaling 0→1 products in highly regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for consumer reporting (FCRA).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in New York.
