What you will do

• Refine lending product vision and strategy to align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify high-impact features and optimizations using analytics, user insights, and industry trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and external lending partners.
• Monitor key product metrics and iterate based on learnings to enhance the customer experience.
• Balance growth, risk, and compliance in coordination with underwriting and credit teams.
• Utilize AI tools to deliver better consumer lending experiences and business outcomes faster.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer fintech products.
• Proven track record of scaling consumer lending products from ideation to launch and growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in using AI tools day-to-day to optimize work efficiency.
• Must be based in the US.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering or technical product management.
• Experience working directly with underwriting, credit risk, or bank and lending partner ecosystems.
• Prior experience at an early- or growth-stage startup.
