What you will do

• Architect and maintain HR data infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth for workforce information.
• Develop customized workforce insights and predictive analytics to support strategic planning and hiring needs.
• Administer and optimize core HR platforms including HiBob, SuccessFactors, Culture Amp, and Zendesk.
• Create self-service dashboards and intuitive visualizations to facilitate executive decision-making.
• Transition manual HR programs, such as merit cycles and onboarding, into automated and scalable delivery systems.
• Partner with IT and external vendors on system upgrades, API integrations, and technical audits.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in technical program management, data analytics, or HR systems roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery, Dataform, and ETL tools.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration (e.g., SuccessFactors, Bob) and Zendesk.
• Strong project management capability for end-to-end program delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools like Workato, Zapier, or Google AppSheet.
• Knowledge of AI-driven process automation.
• Experience with Pave or HR Acuity platforms.
• Background working in tech or hardware company environments.
