TL;DR

Product Analyst (Growth) (Product Analytics): Developing and optimizing growth strategies for high-load entertainment products with an accent on A/B testing, conversion funnels, and user retention. Location: Must relocate to Limassol, Cyprus. Temporary remote work is possible before relocation.

What you will do

• Design, run, and interpret A/B experiments to support product decisions.
• Analyze product funnels, retention, cohorts, and user segmentation.
• Independently formulate hypotheses and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing teams to develop expertise in marketing-driven growth.
• Process large datasets using SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Utilize BI tools to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data, Product, Growth, or Marketing Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and strong Python skills for statistical research.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude.
• Knowledge of attribution systems, acquisition channels, and marketing measurement.
• Must be able to relocate to Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with classical Machine Learning (regression, gradient boosting, LTV prediction).
• Background in product companies, high-load services, marketplaces, or streaming platforms.
• Previous experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics.
