What you will do

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Define the technical and scientific strategy for experimentation across Cloud and warehouse-native deployments.
• Partner with data scientists to implement new statistical and causal inference methods as scalable product capabilities.
• Evolve data and computation architecture to support complex experiment designs and large customer datasets.
• Collaborate with customers to translate experimentation challenges into platform and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Strong data science background with hands-on experience in experimentation, statistics, or causal inference.
• Experience leading teams of 10-15 members building data-intensive products.
• Proficiency in experimentation methods such as variance reduction, sequential testing, Bayesian inference, or causal effects modeling.
• Experience building large-scale data ingestion and distributed computation systems in cloud and warehouse environments.
• Must be based in the US or authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Experience with experimentation platforms, feature management, or product analytics.
• Experience with warehouse-native products like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Experience supporting experimentation for large-scale consumer or B2B products.
