What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing growth engineering team focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for growth, including A/B testing frameworks and measurement systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data science teams to prioritize growth opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and scale technical talent in a high-growth environment.
• Develop scalable systems for experimentation, personalization, and optimization.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in full-stack development with success in shipping growth initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading teams in growth experimentation and data-driven product optimization.
• Experience recruiting and retaining engineering talent in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from SF, NYC, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• 5+ years as a product-minded EM, with 2+ years leading growth teams.
• Experience applying machine learning and AI technologies to growth challenges.
• Success implementing product-led growth strategies and viral loops at scale.
• Startup experience, specifically scaling products from zero to one.
