Salary: $197,000 – $274,000 USD (based on location)

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, driving performance, career development, and hiring.
• Own the reliability and quality of fulfillment integrations, partnering with vendors to reduce friction and turnaround times.
• Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap for screening and compliance products.
• Drive technical strategy for scaling complex, integration-heavy systems to reduce manual exceptions.
• Lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted development practices while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
• Represent engineering in cross-functional planning with Product, Compliance, and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong command of service architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing complex third-party integration environments and improving operational metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools.
• Experience working on regulated products where data accuracy and legal compliance are non-negotiable.
• Strong incident management and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
