Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment in distributed systems, platform infrastructure, or large-scale backend services.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-quarter engineering initiatives with high quality.
• Experience partnering with product management to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and meet export control compliance requirements.
